ALPost LLC — Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 26, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using ALPost LLC (“ALPost”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“TOS”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ALPost allows American Legion Posts, Aux Units, SAL Squadrons, and related organizations to create and manage websites hosted on ALPost subdomains. Users can upload text, images, and other content. The Service may include analytics and payment processing via Stripe. Future features may include payment collection for donations or memberships via Stripe Connect.

3. User Accounts

You must be 18 years or older to use ALPost.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload.
By uploading content, you grant ALPost a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and operate your content on the Service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload your content and that it does not infringe on any third party’s rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use ALPost to:

Violate any applicable law
Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service
Harass or harm other users

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. ALPost does not store your payment credentials.
Refund Policy: Full refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
You may cancel any paid services at any time.

7. Termination

ALPost may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these TOS or other policies. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

8. Analytics and Data

ALPost may collect analytics and usage data to improve the Service, including page views, session information, IP addresses, and other performance metrics.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ALPost is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or completeness. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALPost LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ALPost LLC harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these TOS or any applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These TOS are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Modifications

ALPost may update these TOS at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated TOS.
